Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a National Account Manager, Discounters in the UK to lead growth with a strategic set of discount retailers. The role focuses on the McCormick branded portfolio, with additional support for own label opportunities and a strong emphasis on achieving revenue targets.

You will partner with internal teams to develop customer strategies, negotiate terms, and drive in-store and online activation to maximise NSV and GP across the discounter channel.

Qualifications

• FMCG experience is required.
• Experience operating as a National Account Manager is essential.
• Experience working within the discounter channel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit targets across the assigned customer portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day customer accounts and reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with the Category team to identify growth opportunities.
• Support negotiations and joint business planning with key customers.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.
