National Account Manager - DIY

Home Based (with travel as required)

We're partnering with a well-established and growing business within the DIY sector, currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager to support their continued growth across key retail channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused account manager to join a forward-thinking business at an exciting time of expansion. With a strong presence across the UK and a respected product range in the DIY space, this role offers the chance to make a real commercial impact.

The Role:

  • Manage and grow relationships with major retail customers within the DIY or FMCG sector.
  • Take full P&L responsibility and develop joint business plans to drive sustainable growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver on commercial goals.
  • Analyse performance and provide regular reporting and insight to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities and create strategic plans to increase market share.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of managing national retail accounts, ideally within DIY or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and highly organised.
