Job summary

Seven Search and Selection Ltd is recruiting a National Account Manager for a high growth FMCG health/sport business based in Central London. You will lead growth for two key grocery partners, shape JBPs and promotional strategies, and manage budgets. The role suits someone with NAM/NAE experience and a strong commercial mindset, thriving in an SME environment.

The office is in Central London with a salary up to £50k plus bonus and a development-focused benefits package.

Qualifications

• FMCG experience at National Account Executive or National Account Manager level.
• Track record of working with retail or grocery accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen is essential.
• Open to NAM or NAE stepping up to NAM level.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and development for 2 of the top 4 grocery customers.
• Shape and deliver JBPs and promotional strategies for accounts.
• Manage account budgets and investments.
• Grow existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities.
• Work in a small, fast-paced SME environment where no two days are the same.

The National Account Manager role:

• This is a newly created role to lead the growth and development for 2 of their top 4 grocery customers.
• You will be responsible for helping shape and deliver successful JBPs and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment.
• Grow existing accounts whilst unlocking new business opportunities
• The team is small and fast paced, so you need to enjoy working in an SME environment where no two days are the same!
• FMCG experience at National Account Executive / National Account Manager level
• A track record of working with retail / grocery accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen
