Job summary

Marvel FMCG is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Manager to own the full P&L and drive the brand across Booker, Co-Op, Spar, symbols, forecourts and B2B. You’ll lead JBP negotiations, build strong retailer relationships, and partner with Marketing to bring the brand to life through activations, POS and experiences.

Ideal candidates know wholesale and convenience channels, are proactive, run with data in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, and can briefing leadership with clear insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale and convenience channel.
• Must have at least one year with Booker.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and commercial strategy across Booker, Co-op Wholesale, Spar, symbols, forecourts and B2B.
• Lead JBP negotiations and build strong retailer relationships.
• Use customer systems and data to push promotions, distribution and availability.
• Collaborate with Marketing to bring the brand to life at depot and in-store through activations, POS and experiences.
• Identify new business opportunities across patch and monitor competitors.
• Represent the brand at channel trade shows and events.
• Keep forecasts honest and communicate actionable insights to the business.
