Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.
What will I be doing?
The purpose of the National Account Executive role is to manage and grow relationships with key national partners, ensuring optimal performance, satisfaction, and retention. This role involves identifying commercial opportunities, delivering data-driven insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive partner success. The National Account Executive is responsible for meeting revenue targets, enhancing partner engagement, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with business goals. Through effective communication and account management, they help maximise value for both the client and the business, ensuring long-term success and mutual growth.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Achieve revenue and growth targets through owning and developing partnerships with national accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions that add value to national accounts.
Engage with stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers, to drive alignment and outcomes.
Develop detailed forecasts and reports for leadership on account performance and market trends.
Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic recommendations to partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to support client needs.
Track, report, and forecast account performance against targets.
Support onboarding and training of new partners to ensure a smooth start and adoption.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Collaborate with National sales team and National account managers to support revenue growth of key accounts and groups
We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally in a national or strategic accounts role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets.
Experience managing B2B relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
Confident in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and interpreting performance data.
Comfortable delivering client presentations and performance reviews.
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations).
Background in tech, media, SaaS is highly desirable.
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Industry experience would be a great plus but it's not essential.
