The National Account Coordinator role reports to the Head of E-Retail UK&I, working together to deliver the best ranges for our retail customers and managing the administration to keep all systems updated. The coordinator will oversee the accurate creation of products from inception to go live, along with ongoing catalogue maintenance for both existing and new partnerships.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

We seek an exceptional individual to support administrative account management duties and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will show initiative, energy, enthusiasm, and thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

(This is an InternshipF12M contract with potential to become permanent after the learning period. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the London office.)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Managing POs: Tracking information accuracy within open POs, sharing approvals with planning and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow, and processing POs timely while communicating changes to partners.
  2. Issue Reporting: Reporting potential delays or issues to partners and resolving them promptly.
  3. Catalogue Ownership: Managing upcoming ‘silent switches’ and ‘product restages’, updating partners on code and image changes, and ensuring updates are reflected in partner systems.
  4. Product Launches & Setups: Staying updated on product launches, managing item and product set-up forms, coordinating imagery requirements, and providing timely information for product setup.
  5. Partner Queries: Liaising with internal teams to resolve stock shortages, pricing, forecasting, finance, or invoicing questions.
  6. Critical Path & Reporting: Managing and communicating critical deadlines, maintaining accurate sell-in/sell-out reports, and updating partner contact lists.
  7. Market Monitoring: Keeping abreast of competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and assortment through weekly competitor shops.
  8. Sample Coordination: Managing product sample requests, coordinating with store teams and marketing for timely delivery.
  9. Business Planning & Meetings: Keeping joint business plans current and assisting with partner meeting arrangements.
  10. General Admin: Supporting team administrative needs as part of an agile environment.

To succeed, you should have strong administrative experience, preferably in a commercial setting, and demonstrate:

  • Passion, results focus, and a first-time right attitude
  • Ambassadorship for the business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, with analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Understanding of commercial and financial contexts
