BMG is seeking a Manager - Supply Chain Operations on a fixed-term contract through to April 2027. You will oversee end-to-end operational execution of physical and digital music products, ensuring accurate configuration, manufacturing, and timely release across DSPs and partner platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supply chain operations or production/release management in music or digital content.

Aufgaben

• Manage creation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and digital products across internal systems and partner platforms (DSPs).
• Own the operational setup of digital releases including metadata, assets, territories, release dates, and pricing.
• Coordinate with Marketing and repertoire teams to translate plans into operational setup and platform execution.
• Collaborate with Digital Operations and partner teams for DSP interventions and delivery troubleshooting.
• Translate commercial/release plans into executable timelines, product specs, manufacturing orders, and digital delivery requirements.
• Coordinate physical manufacturing across CDs, vinyl, and other formats; manage production milestones and proofs.
• Ensure products are ready for release with complete assets and accurate data; manage exceptions.
• Coordinate lifecycle events (changes, cancellations, reissues, price updates, takedowns).
• Act as the primary operational link between repertoire owners, marketing, commercial, metadata, asset management, and distribution partners.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues affecting product setup, manufacturing, delivery, and availability.
