Warner Music Group seeks a highly organised Product Operations Coordinator to be the operational linchpin for our physical product setup in the UK. You will ensure accurate, timely release processes and identify opportunities to automate workflows across the product lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational role within music/entertainment/supply chain.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data management, reporting, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with partner CMS and artist platforms (e.g., Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists/Partner Program).
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements or automation.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Cross-platform operations: audit workflows, automate tasks, and maintain unified project tracking.
• Physical production & logistics: coordinate metadata, pricing, assets, and delivery for physical formats to retailers.
• Reporting: collate and publish pre-order and release reports.
• Web portal maintenance: manage the product set-up portal and user access.
• Collaborate with Revenue & Growth, labels, and retail partners to ensure timely launches.
