• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised qualification(s).

• Full UK Driving Licence (ideally no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine day-to-day joinery and plumbing repairs to a high standard in customers' homes in Wigan and Warrington.
• Provide a high-quality repairs and replacement service with excellent customer service and communication.
• Attend head office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training when needed.
• Work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, across Wigan and Warrington.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division and provide a high-quality Joinery repairs and replacement service.

In this role as a Multi skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer focused service in Wigan and Warrington.

We are looking for self-motivated. problem solvers who take pride in everything they do, with excellent customer service and communication skills.

You will be working a 40-hour week Monday

• Friday arriving at your first job at
  8.00 am and heading home at
  4.30 pm, working across Wigan and Warrington.

You will also need to be able to attend our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training courses when needed.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will be responsible for carrying out routine day to day Joinery and Plumbing repairs to a high standard in our customers’ homes in Wigan and Warrington.

One of the great things about this role is the flexibility and the variety, no two days will be the same and you will be making a positive difference to our customers Along with completing repairs to a high standard we will also require you to have excellent communication skills and some knowledge of ICT repairs systems and emails ensuring that the Customer receives an excellent repair service And what would make me stand out from the crowd?

To be a successful Multi Skilled Joiner, here at YHG, you will have…. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised qualification(s) Experience or further qualification in additional skilled trades would be hugely beneficial.
