Zusammenfassung

Heineken UK is seeking a Technician for our bottling and packaging lines. You will perform corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, lead root-cause analysis, and drive TPM to maximise production uptime. You’ll plan with colleagues and support operators to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires an apprenticeship or time served Multiskilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) in a highly automated environment, with CMMS experience. Great benefits and 32 days holiday are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship or time served as a Multiskilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) or equivalent.
• Experience in a highly automated, safety-critical manufacturing environment; exposure to high-speed packaging Lines (bottling) is desirable.
• Experience executing planned maintenance techniques and using a CMMS.

Aufgaben

• Perform corrective and reactive maintenance to address defects, losses and breakdowns.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation and mechanical faults, minimising downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement lasting countermeasures with safety emphasis.
• Drive TPM initiatives to eliminate losses and promote lean practices.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with maintenance colleagues, operators and technicians.
• Support and guide shop-floor operators and delegate tasks to maintain smooth production.
• Identify and record non-conformities in the CMMS to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of equipment cleanliness and reliability, contributing to safety, quality, cost and service.
