Qualifications

• Multi-skilled with practical hands-on approach.

• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Emergency lighting checks and safety systems duties.
• Fire alarm and sprinkler testing.
• AHUs/FCUs maintenance and filter changes.
• Pumps and motors PPMs and overhauls.
• Water treatment monitoring and testing.
