CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Milton Keynes is seeking a mechanically biased maintenance engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance on site. You will manage M&E plant and fabric services, work with the CAFM system to track service delivery, and ensure compliance with CBRE QHSE guidelines.

Formación

• At least two years at a similar level or equivalent.
• Educated to City & Guilds level 3 or equivalent in a mechanical discipline.
• Able to compile and manage Log Book system and encourage logbook management.
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Generators, Mechanical & Electrical Services, HV & AC, Water Systems.
• Knowledge of lifts and associated services.
• Strong understanding of operation of Mechanical & Electrical Services and plant.
• Ability to interrogate and operate BMS systems.
• Knowledge of UPS and data/comms room facilities.
• Maintain high service levels and communicate with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring efficient operation, maintenance and repair of on-site M&E Plant and Fabric Services.
• Use CAFM system to monitor staff performance and service delivery.
• Ensure site compliance with CBRE ISO 9001/14001 and QHSE responsibilities.
• Assist in reactive repairs to M&E systems.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance per task schedules.
• First-line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors and sign-off of minor works.
• Develop risk assessments and method statements.
• Attend monthly team meetings and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with QHSE or Account Manager during audits and contract delivery.
