Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Manchester is seeking Static Multi-Skilled Engineers (Electrical or Mechanical) to maintain a commercial site. You will perform PPM, reactive maintenance, fault-finding on building services, and work to safety standards.

Role offers salary up to £47,000 with a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule, call-out rota details TBA, 23 days annual leave and overtime opportunities. City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2+ preferred; strong customer service and client liaison expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Ability to perform planned and reactive maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding across building services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Maintain, service and fault-find on building services plant and equipment.
• Electrical: lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution; minor installations.
• Mechanical: pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, pressurisation units and related plant.
• General plumbing and fabric maintenance; complete routine checks and records.
