Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ in Electrical.
• 18th Edition.
• Experience in maintenance of electrical systems, lighting and power distribution.
• Ability to perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to log and report maintenance activities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs on electrical systems, lighting, and power.
• Perform weekly fire alarm checks to ensure systems are operational.
• Maintain detailed logbooks of maintenance activities.
• Work with the team to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
• Follow safety procedures and report any safety concerns or incidents.
• Assist in compiling reports and maintaining documentation.
