Carr's Billington Agriculture, Lancaster Mill, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. You will perform a blend of electrical and mechanical maintenance, handling both planned and reactive tasks to keep the plant running efficiently.

Responsibilities include fault finding, PPMs and repairs, while upholding safety, quality, and hygiene standards, and contributing to continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering experience within a bulk handling production environment.
• Proactive can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of standard H&S practices (hot works, WAH, LOTO).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with maintenance software and IT.

Aufgaben

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance as part of the engineering team.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Fault finding and timely repairs to minimise downtime.
• Follow safety, quality and hygiene standards across the site.
• Plan and execute maintenance with safety as the top priority.
• Support planned maintenance shutdowns and on-call rota.
• Keep spares levels to avoid production interruptions.
