Job summary

JLL in London seeks a proactive Multiskilled Engineer to join a high-profile site in Shoreditch. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across building services, ensuring safety and smooth operations.

The week is Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 with an on-call rota. Qualified mechanical or electrical engineers with fault-finding skills, strong health and safety knowledge, and good communication will thrive, working independently or as part of a team to support site audits and energy

Qualifications

Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
Proven multiskilled maintenance experience in a fast-paced or critical environment.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and policies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the CAFM system.
Liaise with site management and contractors to minimize disruption to operations.
Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
