Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a proactive Multiskilled Engineer to join our on-site team in London. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across building services, ensuring compliance with safety standards and smooth facility operations across two sites.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, experience in mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. On-call duties are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ).
• Experience in multiskilled maintenance roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Integral and Amazon’s safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site’s CAFM system.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at a high-profile sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility, the week will be shared a crossed 2 sites

Location: Shoreditch

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 would be part also of an on-Call Rota

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
