Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a Shift Technician (Electrical or Mechanical) to maintain the facility's MEP services and support the Global Reliability Programme. The role requires multi-skilled capabilities and a hands-on approach to ensure safety, compliance and continuous uptime.

Based at Bishopsgate, you will operate the CMMS, support testing and commissioning of new systems, and collaborate with the Technical Operations Manager to deliver efficient building operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a multi-skilled building services maintenance contracting environment.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain client relationships and deliver quality results.
• Experience with CMMS systems and modern collaboration platforms like Slack.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building MEP services in line with GRP and SOPs.
• Record planned and reactive maintenance in the CMMS with accurate history.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of new building systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
