Job summary

JLL is recruiting for a Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to support the North West Schools Contract. You will perform electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance, perform building services tasks, and work within a maintenance team to deliver outstanding client service.

This hands-on role requires a proactive, reliable individual with strong electrical HVAC experience, good communication skills, and the ability to plan their workload while possibly undertaking out-of-hours

Qualifications

• Qualified electrical installation certificates with 18th edition as a minimum.
• Experience in building services and HVAC systems.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload with strong safety awareness.
• Willingness to work out of hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Electrical PPMs and Reactive maintenance.
• Building Services tasks.
• Maintain client service quality as part of a team.
• Electrical fault finding, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets and related tasks.
