Job summary

JLL in London (Shoreditch) is seeking a proactive Multiskilled Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across building services, ensuring safety and smooth operation on two sites.

You will diagnose faults in HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general services, maintain records in CAFM, and work with site management to minimise disruption. The role is on-site with regular hours and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Proven multiskilled maintenance experience in a fast-paced or critical environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CAFM system.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to minimise disruption to operations.
• Participate in site audits and compliance checks.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at a high-profile sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility, the week will be shared a crossed 2 sites

Location: Shoreditch

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 would be part also of an on-Call Rota

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Integral and Amazon’s safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site’s CAFM system.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.

Skills & Experience

• Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar multiskilled maintenance role, ideally within a fast-paced or critical environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
