Job summary

JLL is recruiting a Static Maintenance Engineer for the London facility. The role covers reactive maintenance, PPM tasks, electrical and minor mechanical works, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will work with the Millennium Management LLC site team to ensure reliability and build service quality. The candidate should have NVQ3 Electrical Installation, C&G 2/3, IPAF, PASMA and strong knowledge of HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation is required.
• C&G Level 2/3 Diploma in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualifications.
• IPAF 3a/3b certification for MEWP operation.
• PASMA certification for access equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems in office environments.
• Proven electrical and mechanical maintenance in facilities management.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and plant operation.
• Basic fabric repairs and maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance.
• Good communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Proficiency with mobile work-order apps and CAFM systems.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently; team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive maintenance and repair services to minimize downtime.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance including emergency lighting and fire alarm tests.
• Perform electrical works: wiring fault diagnosis, lighting, and BMS troubleshooting.
• Carry out basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and fabric tasks as needed.
• Procure parts and equipment following procurement procedures.
• Close work orders accurately in the CAFM system.
• Maintain site log books for regulatory compliance and audit trails.
• Produce detailed technical reports on remedial works.
• Complete electrical testing and issue certifications and documentation.
• Prepare site-specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Adhere to JLL and Millennium site protocols and H&S policies.
• Provide on-call emergency response as required.
