Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing site. You'll maintain, repair, and improve production equipment to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.

Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, the role requires hands-on technical skills, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with production teams to boost productivity while following health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have practical maintenance experience in FMCG environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for complex machinery.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns with prompt diagnosis and repairs.
• Carry out machine adjustments and changeovers to support production efficiency.
• Monitor calibrations and ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify process improvements.
