Job summary

OCS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems at our Aldermaston site. You will ensure all works are completed within SLAs and KPIs, contribute to contract profitability, and maintain accurate service sheets and compliance logs.

You will also supervise contractors and support the site team to deliver safe, on-time, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience across M&E and building fabric systems
• Ability to complete service sheets and update site compliance logs
• Experience in contractor supervision and ensuring standards
• Ability to meet SLAs and KPIs in a contract environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems
• Ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs
• Provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service
• To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met
• Support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered, safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
