OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance engineer to join a site-based team in Oxford. You will deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across client buildings, ensuring safe, compliant operation and high service levels.

Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, updating CAFM systems, and coordinating subcontractors while upholding health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Formal engineering qualifications in mechanical maintenance are required.
• Experience with building services and safety systems is essential.
• Experience maintaining HVAC, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage operation of critical building services systems.
• Undertake PPM and reactive repairs on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and rectify plant faults promptly to maintain operation.
• Maintain maintenance records and update CAFM/helpdesk on site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality records.
• Supervise subcontractors on site and enforce Permit to Work.
