OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems at sites in the UK. The role involves completing service sheets, updating compliance logs, and monitoring contractors to meet safety and quality standards.

You will support the site supervisor to deliver all contracted services on time and within budget, with occasional out-of-hours callouts and a standard 8am–5pm Monday to Friday schedule, plus on-call

Qualifications

• NVQ or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical or Building Services required.
• Sound knowledge of safety documentation and site safety procedures.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• IT literate with basic Excel & Microsoft products.

Responsabilités

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
• Ensure all work orders and PPMs are completed within contract SLAs & KPIs.
• Contribute to efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability.
• Complete service sheets and update site compliance logs.
• Undertake contractor control duties and monitor workmanship.
• Support the site supervisor with delivery of contracted services within budget and quality standards.
• Provide callout response as per rota.
