Job summary

A leading educational organization is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain, install, and refurbish buildings and equipment across their UK estates. This role requires experience in building maintenance, particularly M&E systems, and a proactive approach to work. Essential qualifications include the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and a full, clean driving license. Qualifications

• Certification in Electrical Installations or demonstrable experience.
• Experience with M&E systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish building fabric and equipment.
• Conduct repairs and renovations across various campuses.
• Plan refurbishment projects in collaboration with Estates and Facilities.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach to work

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
