Kensington Partnership's GP practices in Bradford are seeking a flexible bank medical receptionist to join the reception team, providing face-to-face and telephone support, and assisting with AI-assisted triage and appointment bookings across multiple sites.

You will maintain patient records on SystmOne, handle admin tasks and assist clinical staff with training provided. NHS or GP reception experience is desirable but not required.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE or equivalent (advert says preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• IT skills and basic admin abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple practice sites.

Aufgaben

• Welcome patients and manage face-to-face enquiries professionally and courteously.
• Handle calls transferred by the AI telephone system.
• Support AI-assisted triage by reviewing patient requests.
• Book appointments after triage and provide care navigation.
• Signpost patients and escalate urgent or complex concerns to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records on SystmOne and other practice systems.
• Process correspondence, home visit requests, ambulance transport and interpreter bookings.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to GPs and staff.
• Communicate with patients, carers and external agencies.
• Undertake chaperone duties when trained and authorised.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
