Job summary

Rosslyn is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to own the maintenance across all London sites, ensuring safety, compliance and high standards while supporting shop managers in delivering great coffee experiences.

This hands-on management role involves coordinating contractors, managing preventative schedules, and driving cost efficiency, with regular travel to Rosslyn sites and a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facilities across multiple sites.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E and soft services.
• Strong understanding of statutory premises compliance (fire, electrical, water hygiene, asbestos).
• Comfortable managing external contractors and holding them to account on cost, quality and compliance.
• Organised and proactive with forward-planning mentality.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for maintenance activity across all sites.
• Maintain assets that are deemed business critical.
• Manage a preventative maintenance schedule to reduce downtime.
• Own and coordinate emergency maintenance responses for safety and quick resolutions.
• Triage and prioritise maintenance requests, coordinating contractors and engineers.
• Manage contract tendering processes across hard and soft FM providers.
• Track maintenance spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Spot recurring equipment failures and push long-term fixes.
• Support new site openings, refurbishments, and equipment installations.
