Job summary

PURESEOUL is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead daily operations of our retail stores and support spaces in central London. You will manage reactive and planned maintenance, oversee contractor relationships, ensure compliance, and drive FM initiatives with the Property and Facilities Team.

Based in Holborn, you will coordinate maintenance logs, budgeting, and space management, ensuring safe, efficient facilities across the estate.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or founder-led environments.
• Proven experience in facilities management, operations or property management.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong health & safety knowledge in retail/consumer settings.
• Experience managing reactive maintenance and PPM schedules.
• Project management skills: planning, timelines, budgets; Monday.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee reactive and planned maintenance across the estate.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: source, negotiate and manage contractors and SLAs.
• Compliance & H&S Oversight: ensure regulatory compliance and up-to-date records.
• FM Administration & Reporting: maintain logs and audit-ready documentation.
• Facility Inspections: conduct inspections, identify risks and actions.
• Event & Space Management: support internal events and meetings.
• Budget & Cost Control: monitor FM budgets and drive cost-efficiency.
• Inventory & Asset Management: oversee stock and FM assets.
