Job summary

Rosslyn Queen Victoria Street is hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to own maintenance and statutory compliance across all Rosslyn sites in London, with travel to other Rosslyn locations. The role is hands-on in process ownership while coordinating contractors and Shop Managers to keep shops safe and operational.

The ideal candidate will have proven multi-site facilities management experience, strong M&E/soft services knowledge, and the ability to plan ahead, ensuring cost-effective,

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facilities across multiple sites, ideally in hospitality/retail/food & beverage.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E and Soft Services.
• Strong understanding of statutory premises compliance (fire, electrical, water hygiene, asbestos).
• Comfortable managing external contractors and holding them to account on cost, quality and compliance.
• Organised and proactive with forward planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for maintenance across all sites.
• Maintain assets deemed business critical.
• Manage preventative maintenance and SLAs to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance and safety.
• Prioritise requests and manage contractors/engineers.
• Oversee contract tendering for hard/soft FM services.
• Track spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support new site openings and equipment installations.
