Job summary

Osborne Appointments is recruiting a Maintenance & Facilities Manager in Buckingham for a hands-on leader who will develop a small team across a multi-site operation. The role focuses on proactive maintenance, process improvements and site inspections to drive high standards.

The successful candidate will lead from the front, coach staff and build strong cross-functional relationships. Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a salary of £40,000-£42,500 DOE and an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong facilities, commercial or industrial maintenance background.
• Electrical or multi-skilled maintenance experience.
• A proactive, hands-on approach.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
