Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Support Building Manager for a Northwest portfolio. The role is site-based, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, coordinating with on-site teams and delivering high standards of service.

You will manage reception, customer care, and daily facilities tasks across multiple sites, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and report to on-site senior management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer care or a hospitality environment is essential – Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands–on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate the reception area and create a welcoming environment.
• Liaise with clients and building users; manage meeting room bookings.
• Monitor cleaning standards and inspect facilities daily.
• Coordinate with the Facilities Manager on maintenance and presentation.
• Ensure high standards of interior and exterior presentation.
• Take responsibility for end-of-day close-down procedures to ensure readiness for the next trading day.
• Communicate regularly with on-site senior management.
