Job summary

Catch 22 are supporting a leading property management company in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role covers a multi-site portfolio across Greater Manchester, acting as the go-to for daily FM operations, contractor management and compliance.

IOSH qualification and a driving licence with access to a car are required. You will manage service delivery, inspect sites, and maintain occupier relationships while supporting temporary Building

Catch 22 are supporting a leading property management company in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied role covering a Building Manager vacancy while also supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Greater Manchester. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day FM operations, contractor management, compliance and occupier relationships across multiple sites. The client has advised that the role will cover various temporary Building Manager positions and provide support across other vacancies within the portfolio. An IOSH qualification and must have driving licence with access to own car are requirements.
