Job summary

Prestige Talent Partners Ltd is actively seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of mixed-use properties in London. You will manage hard and soft FM services, build strong tenant relationships and ensure high standards across all sites, including cost budgeting and contractor coordination.

The role requires hands-on leadership, site visits, and collaboration with Asset Managers to optimise operations, health and safety, and service performance in a dynamic property

Qualifications

• Multisite facilities management experience across mixed-use properties.
• Experience with service charge budgeting and reconciliations.
• Understanding of health, safety and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Arrange monthly briefings with Asset Managers to discuss site performance and tenant issues.
• Support site initiatives, capex projects and due diligence for acquisitions.
• Liaise with contractors and insurers to deliver services and support claims.
• Assist in lease events, fit-out reviews and tenancy changes.
