Job summary

AXA XL in London is seeking a Multinational Client Service Technician (12 Month FTC) to support the Global Programme Portfolio across the UK and overseas. You will work with Underwriters and internal stakeholders to deliver multinational servicing solutions for clients and brokers.

The role emphasizes data quality, process alignment, and collaboration on strategic initiatives such as Brexit-related changes, with opportunities to contribute to the design and execution of global servicing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical administration role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts & Broker queries
• Develop an internal network for information transfer between functions
• Develop knowledge of systems and processes; stay updated with guidelines
• Ensure data quality accuracy ratios at defined levels/met
• Support project work to ensure existing processes meet requirements
• Assist the Team with tracking multinational incoming accounts
• Assist with monitoring KPIs through reporting
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager
