Job summary

WTW is recruiting an Associate Global Specialist for our Multinational Client Management team in London. You will deliver day-to-day client service to allocated multinational clients and support new and existing business within the area.

Your role involves coordinating renewal data, contributing to strategy meetings, monitoring KPIs with insurers, and ensuring policies align with global programmes while adhering to local regulations.

Qualifications

• Preferably educated to A Level standard with relevant industry experience.
• ACII professional qualification is preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the annual service plan for each Multinational Client.
• Coordinate renewal data and collection process.
• Input into strategy meetings with clients, brokers and insurers.
• Monitor KPI achievement with insurer and manage premiums collections.
