AXA XL is seeking a Multinational Client Service Technician to support the Global Programme Portfolio across the UK and overseas. The role assists Underwriting teams, manages data flows, and helps drive strategic changes such as Brexit-related design and offshore service centre moves.

The successful candidate will review accounts and broker queries, develop cross-functional networks, and maintain strong data quality while contributing to project work and KPI monitoring in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

The Middle Office Operations team are responsible for ensuring that operational tasks undertaken by Shared Services / Global Operations are managed appropriately, provide support to Underwriting and ensure that the administrative processes for the end to end policy lifecycle are run efficiently and at a high quality to serve internal and external clients. Within this role you will primarily be responsible for supporting the Multinational Servicing Global Programme Portfolio both in the UK and overseas.

The team support Underwriters and other internal Stakeholders to provide tailored Multinational Service Solutions for Clients and Brokers. They assist on the design and delivery of strategic change initiatives affecting the Middle Office Underwriting business. Example projects include the operational design strategy for Brexit, the design and execution of an offshore service centre move between countries and supporting the data and system workstreams for a new legal entity creation.

What you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Review accounts & Broker queries
  • Develop an internal network for facilitating the transfer of information and data between functions and departments
  • Develop good knowledge with regards to systems and processes, keep abreast of new guidelines published
  • Ensure data quality accuracy ratios at the defined level/met
  • Support project work to ensure that existing processes meet requirements
  • Assist the Team with tracking and monitoring of Multinational Incoming Accounts
  • Assist with the monitoring KPIs through reporting
  • Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by manager

You will report to Assistant Operations Manager.
