You will translate villa descriptions and marketing content from English into your native language, working within a multicultural team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service within travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in a second language (French or Dutch) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, amendments and special requests.
• Answer telephone and email enquiries.
• Resolve issues, respond to reviews and feedback.
• Translate villa descriptions, website content and marketing materials from English into your native language.
