Job summary

Gecko Travel Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading travel company to hire a Reservations Support Specialist. In this role you will assist customers and travel agency partners with post-booking enquiries, coordinate schedule changes, and prepare travel documentation.

You will also support group charter reservations and occasionally assist the sales team during busy periods. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel operations or sales environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively and be proactive in a team.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
