Job summary

RELEX Solutions is hiring for a Growth Sales role to help build the sales pipeline across Europe and the Middle East. The position is hybrid, with office presence 2–3 days per week, and requires English, Spanish and German proficiency.

You will contact stakeholders in target accounts via emails, calls and social media, qualify leads, and coordinate with regional sales teams to expand pipeline and drive meetings.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, plus Spanish and German.
• Ability to write and communicate effectively via email, phone, and social media.
• Confidence in communicating with senior executives at prospect accounts.
• Independent working style with a strong can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Targeted outbound demand generation across Europe and the Middle East.
• Engage and qualify outbound and inbound sales leads to schedule qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to grow the sales pipeline.
• Research target accounts and craft personalized messaging.
• Promote events (physical and virtual) and follow up on registrations.
