Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions in London is seeking two Business Development Representatives to drive growth and expand international client relationships using German, Italian, or Spanish. The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commissions and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• A Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Languages, or related field.
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in tech/start-up environments.
• Fluency in English and German, Italian, or Spanish (Italian preferred).
• Ability to work independently with entrepreneurial flair and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and outreach.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
• Work independently to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall growth objectives.
• Actively participate in client meetings and negotiations to close deals.
