Freightlink Solutions Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Consultant who will support customers in English and Polish, Czech or Slovak. You will handle inquiries by phone or email, provide quotes, escalate issues, and manage bookings on our online platform.

The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and teamwork. Office-based with a 35-hour week, training, and hybrid work options after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate price quotations and other information about our products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer problems
• Liaise with ferry and tunnel operators
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with care, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
• Process bookings efficiently
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records of customer interaction on our bespoke online platform
• Manage customer accounts
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, promotions, and product offerings
