Job summary

Express Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Nottingham-based consumer brand seeking an experienced Multilingual Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team.

The role requires fluency in Polish, Italian, Spanish or French and proven leadership in customer service. It offers £32,000 per year with hybrid working and progression opportunities.

You will oversee day-to-day performance, manage the customer order book, and develop key accounts within a fast-paced, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish, or Italian, Spanish or French.
• Experience managing or supervising a Customer Service team.
• Strong customer service background in retail, wholesale or consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service team.
• Manage the customer order book with internal departments and external partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer accounts.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, onboarding and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify areas for improvement.
