Mountain Warehouse is seeking a friendly multilingual Customer Care Advisor to join our fully remote team. Your German or Polish skills, along with English, will help deliver outstanding service to customers online and over the phone during a fixed-term contract.

You'll handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, collaborate with internal teams, and strive to meet KPIs while maintaining a positive customer experience across ecommerce platforms and in-store support contexts.

Formación

• Multilingual with German or Polish and English required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, contact centre, hospitality) preferred.
• Proficient with basic office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, friendly support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Assist customers through their journey—from queries to post-purchase care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
