Pertemps are recruiting for a role based in Glasgow Centre, hybrid working. You will use Polish and English to support customers in a financial services context, handling complaints with care and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have prior complaint handling experience, strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. This role offers a competitive salary, pension and generous leave entitlements.

Formación

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Experience in complaint handling preferred
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Financial services or regulated environment experience desirable

Responsabilidades

• Identify, investigate and resolve complaints promptly and fairly
• Investigate root causes and write final resolution letters
• Meet quality, efficiency, SLA and regulatory timelines
• Manage caseload for language skills including English
• Adhere to company standards and training frameworks
