Cigna Healthcare in Glasgow is seeking a Broker Sales professional to drive growth through proactive account management and new business opportunities within the Broker channel. You will work with brokers to expand relationships and meet key commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development.
• Experience in insurance, healthcare or financial services is desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience working in multilingual environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets, KPIs and revenue objectives.
• Developing and managing relationships with broker partners to maximise opportunities.
• Conducting proactive outbound calls and virtual meetings to identify sales opportunities.
• Building and executing account plans to strengthen broker engagement and growth.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities within existing broker relationships.
• Supporting broker acquisition activities and developing relationships with prospective brokers.
• Partnering with brokers to understand client needs and position solutions.
• Maintaining CRM records and pipeline accuracy.
• Ensuring activities comply with regulatory requirements and policies.
