Job summary

VIQU Limited in Birmingham is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to oversee and develop growing online sales operations. You will combine marketplace expertise with team leadership to drive online performance across eBay, Amazon and the company website.

You will manage eBay listings and pricing, lead a team, optimise multi-channel operations with Shopify and Linnworks, monitor KPIs, and continually improve processes to deliver cohesive pricing and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own eBay account: listings, pricing, promotions, sales performance, marketplace optimisation.
• Lead and develop the team responsible for Amazon and website operations.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve conversion, and expand online presence.
• Oversee Shopify website operations, ensuring product information and stock are accurate and the customer journey is smooth.
• Utilise Linnworks for multichannel order management, stock syncing and data accuracy.
• Monitor sales, margins, conversions and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Create accurate, engaging, and optimised product listings across channels.
• Collaborate to maintain inventory and efficient fulfilment across sites.
• Review processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across e-commerce operations.
• Ensure pricing and customer service stay consistent across channels.
