Job summary

Centre People Appointments in London is seeking an energetic e-commerce operations coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day online operations across Amazon, Vendor Central, and Shopify. You will manage listings, pricing and marketplace performance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years hands-on e-commerce experience, strong English, and are proactive, adaptable and ready to contribute to the growth of UK and European online

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and/or Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations.
• Experience launching or developing e-commerce operations.
• Experience in start-up or newly established subsidiary is preferred.
• Business English required; German and/or French is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership in a changing environment.
• Able to make informed decisions independently and adapt to business needs.
• Flexible, resilient and open to taking on new responsibilities as the business grows.
• Strong team player excited to help shape a new office culture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company's day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Manage and continuously improve Amazon and Shopify platforms.
• Maintain online product listings, content, pricing and marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Support the launch and continued growth of the UK and European online business.
• Undertake a wide variety of evolving responsibilities as the business develops.
