Job summary

The successful candidate will manage eBay, Amazon and Shopify operations, optimise listings and pricing, and use data to improve conversion and margins. This is an onsite Birmingham role focused on cohesive cross-channel excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing marketplaces (eBay, Amazon) and driving online sales.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team in an ecommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of online conversion and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

• eBay Management: own listings, pricing, promotions and performance.
• Team Leadership: manage a team for Amazon and website operations.
• Marketplace Growth: identify opportunities to increase revenue and conversions.
• Shopify Management: oversee Shopify site, stock and customer journey.
• Linnworks Management: use Linnworks for multichannel order management.
• Performance Analysis: monitor KPIs and margins to drive improvements.
• Product Listings: ensure accurate, engaging, optimized listings.
• Stock & Order Management: maintain inventory and efficient fulfilment.
• Continuous Improvement: streamline processes across ecommerce ops.
• Cross-Channel Coordination: align eBay, Amazon and website pricing and info.
