Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for its Manchester branch to support customers in person, over the phone and online. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week, Mon-Sat) requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and a commitment to quality service in a friendly, trusted banking environment.

You will help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers toward banking services and digital tools, contributing to the branch’s local impact and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful.
• Comfort with face-to-face, phone and online interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities
